Carl A. Nelson & Company (CANCO) was the successful bidder on the exterior bid package for construction of a new outpatient care facility on the campus of Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington, Iowa. Scope included site preparation and paving, steel erection, metal stud framing, electrical and mechanical system installation, foundations, masonry, windows and roofing. The contracts accounted for half of the overall $5.9 million project.
The completed project included outpatient urgent care and diagnostic imaging, with about two-thirds of the building being reserved for future development.
