The oldest golf club west of the Mississippi had not undergone a major renovation since the original construction in 1898. Working with the Owner and the Architect during the design phase enabled this project to ultimately be constructed for approximately two-thirds of the original budget.
This 23,000 square foot facility included a large addition housing the main dining room and locker facilities, a complete renovation of the original clubhouse, and a total change in the architectural presentation of the building’s exterior.
