Carl A. Nelson & Company was selected to be the design-builder for this new 90,000 SF Regional Distribution Center for the largest hearth manufacturer in the world.
The large pre-engineered metal building was constructed on a slab-on-grade foundation and connected to the existing building by a connecting link. The facility included 30 loading docks, shipping offices, restrooms, breakroom, IT closet, truck driver lounge, and warehouse storage space.
The design included the relocation of an existing electrical transformer, two new pump stations, water detention basin, and landscaping.
