This $13,000,000.00 project was part of Davenport’s River Renaissance Program.   This four (4) story parking garage (Ramp #46) accommodates 500 vehicles and is located on Main Street in the downtown area.  Ramp #32 is located on Harrison Street, is five (5) stories and has parking for 620 vehicles.

These two ramps are comprised of concrete grade beams on drilled caissons, elevated precast decks, masonry and concrete stair towers with curtain wall and metal panel enclosures.  Both ramps were constructed concurrently.
