Carl A. Nelson & Company was the successful contractor on the $1.3 million wastewater treatment improvements for the city of West Burlington, Iowa.
The project included the construction of a cast in place tank consisting of four aeration basins, four clarifiers, two selector tanks, and the installation of the wastewater treatment equipment.
The construction of a screening structure, flow structure, yard piping, and the installation of replacement aerators in the existing wastewater lagoons were also included in the project.
