Schock promoted to project manager role

Carl A. Nelson & Company (CANCO) is pleased to announce the promotion of Alan Schock to the role of project manager. Schock previously worked in the capacity of project engineer since joining the company in 2017.

Schock is a 2016 graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in construction engineering, and has 10 years of construction experience overall.

"Alan has been a great asset to many of our projects including those he is currently working on, which include Fort Madison School, Burlington YMCA, and Lee County Career Advantage Center," CANCO President Chris Smith wrote in an email announcing Schock's promotion to employees.

Previously as a project engineer, Schock assisted on projects in a range of market segments, including industrial, healthcare, education and recreation. He is one of CANCO's 31 employee-owners.
