Construction Project Manager

Carl A. Nelson & Company is taking applications for career opportunities as a Project Manager. This position will plan, direct, and coordinate, usually through superintendents or field engineers, activities concerned with the construction project. They will also participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation.

This is a salary position working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Hours may fluctuate depending on the project and working more than 40 hours may be required. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Management or a related field. Candidates will also be required to complete OSHA 30 if not already completed.

Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation, as travel may be required Candidates must also pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Benefits include:
