1,500,000 Man-Hours Worked Without a Lost Time Work Injury

BURLINGTON, IOWA (July 25, 2016) – Carl A. Nelson & Company recently surpassed a significant milestone in then construction industry. Their employees achieved 1.5 million man-hours without a lost time work injury. This accomplishment reflects their commitment to construction site-safety and is part of their mission statement.

“This first-time accomplishment for our company is possible through the dedication of each of our employees. Nelson & Company.

Carl A. Nelson & Company is committed to a program that ensures a safe working environment for every employee and subcontractor, prevents the loss of property, and conserves material and financial resources. “The success of our safety program is a result of dynamic leadership, many years of experience of our field employees and the long term relationships with subcontractors who share our commitment to safety excellence.” added Seibert. Employees participate in a number of safety training programs on an annual basis and are required to speak up when they see unsafe practices in the field.
