Nelson Plant Services (NPS), a division of Carl A. Nelson & Company, was founded in 2002 to focus on industrial plant maintenance and small construction projects inside operating industrial plants. 

NPS specializes in delivering quick turnarounds — from the time you realize a need to when we start work; and from the start of work to completion.  We know how to safely work in operating plants without interrupting production.  And we work flexible hours as required to accommodate our customers' needs. 

The multi-trade NPS personnel include millwright, mechanic, carpenter, rigger, welder, iron worker and cement mason skills.  Our millwrights are skilled in pump, drag, screw and belt conveyors, bucket elevators and major production equipment installation, preventive maintenance and repair.  Complicated and exacting equipment foundations are a specialty of Nelson Plant Services.  We have rearranged many production lines for improved efficiency.

Our No. 1 goal is to keep our customers' operations going, while maintaining a safe work environment for our clients and our crews. Service is so important to us that we put it in our name.
