CANCO employs about 120 direct-hire employees, in fields ranging from carpenters to equipment operators and construction supervisors, to civil and construction engineers, construction managers, architects and office specialists in areas like accounting. Our offices in Burlington, Cedar Falls and Washington, Iowa, function as one.
In addition to working hard, we know how to have fun and celebrate being part of the CANCO family, with annual group outings throughout the year that bring us together away from the office and jobsite.
